Banking Consultant – Part‑Time (Whyalla, SA)

About the role

ANZ is looking for a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its Whyalla branch. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them meet their end‑to‑end financial needs and guiding them through both traditional and digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless branch experience by handling transactions, conducting needs‑based conversations and promoting digital services.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Drive customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
• Support bank programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.
• Know your customer from a risk perspective and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
