About the role
As a Banking Consultant at ANZ’s Chatswood branch, you will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers, helping them meet their financial goals through personalised conversations, transaction support and digital solutions. This part‑time, onsite role focuses on high‑quality service and building strong advocacy for ANZ.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct needs‑based conversations to recommend appropriate financial products.
- Promote and educate customers on digital banking channels.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, risk standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support branch initiatives and contribute to customer engagement targets.
- Act as a peer coach and role model for fellow team members.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus with a retail banking mindset.
- Experience using technology to enhance service delivery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Knowledge of ANZ’s product suite and accreditation requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
