Banking Consultant – Part‑Time

About the role

As a Banking Consultant at ANZ, you will work primarily in a branch environment delivering a seamless banking experience to customers. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct transaction activities, and guide customers toward digital solutions while upholding ANZ’s Customer Promises.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a smooth branch experience, handling transactions and needs‑based conversations.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and available financial products.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team.
• Drive customer engagement and advocacy, contributing to branch targets.
• Support bank programs and initiatives as required.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering high‑quality experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coach peers.
• Commitment to compliance, risk awareness, and ethical standards.
• Accredited to perform banking transactions and product fulfilment at the required level.
