Banking Consultant (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in Geelong. You will meet each customer’s end‑to‑end financial needs, provide advice on products and digital solutions, and act as a trusted advocate for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to increase satisfaction and advocacy.
• Provide tailored financial solutions across transaction activities and needs‑based conversations.
• Educate customers on digital banking channels and promote technology usage.
• Participate in bank programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
