About the role

ANZ is looking for a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its retail branch in Coomera. You will help customers achieve their financial goals by delivering a seamless branch experience, handling transactions, and guiding them toward digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions and needs‑based conversations.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and available financial products.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
• Drive customer engagement and advocacy, contributing to branch performance.
• Support bank programs and initiatives as required.
