Banking Consultant (Part‑time, Ashmore)

About the role

The Banking Consultant provides customers with a seamless branch experience, meeting end‑to‑end banking needs, conducting needs‑based conversations and promoting digital solutions. The role is part‑time (28 hours per week) and may include rostered Saturday shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑standard customer service across transaction activities and needs‑based conversations.
• Educate customers on digital banking solutions and promote ANZ products within accreditation level.
• Act as a peer coach and role model within a collaborative team.
• Support bank programs, initiatives and ensure compliance with ANZ policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of compliance and risk considerations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Experience using digital channels and technology as a user and promoter.
• Knowledge of ANZ’s compliance and policy framework.
