Banking Consultant – Part‑Time (32 hrs/week)

About the role

The Banking Consultant will work in ANZ’s Carnarvon branch delivering a seamless banking experience to customers. You will handle transactions, conduct needs‑based conversations and guide clients toward appropriate financial solutions, including digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Engage in in‑depth, needs‑based discussions to identify suitable products and services.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and promote their adoption.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
• Support bank initiatives and programs that enhance customer engagement.

Required skills
