Banking Consultant – Part‑Time (29 hrs/week)

About the role

The Banking Consultant will work in ANZ’s retail branch network, delivering a seamless banking experience to customers. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, promote digital solutions and ensure compliance with risk and policy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value.
• Participate in bank programmes and initiatives.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure adherence to ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Comfort using digital channels and promoting technology.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Team‑oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
• Good understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
