Banking Consultant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant you will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers, addressing their full range of financial needs and goals. You will engage in transaction activities, conduct needs‑based conversations and educate customers on digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting end‑to‑end banking needs, conducting needs‑based conversations and promoting digital solutions.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
• Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
• Take responsibility for ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus, with retail experience considered an advantage.
• Experience using and promoting technology, with familiarity of digital channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
