About the role

ANZ is looking for a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its Griffith branch. You will deliver a seamless banking experience, helping customers meet their financial goals through transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital solutions. The role is based onsite and offers a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage customers to increase satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Support bank programs and initiatives within the branch.
  • Conduct “know your customer” risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.
  • Process transactions and provide product advice according to accreditation level.

Required profile

  • Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
  • Comfortable using digital channels and technology.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    • Permanent part‑time contract (20 hours per week).
    • Flexible schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 am‑2 pm; Friday 8:30 am‑1:30 pm.
