Banking Consultant – Part-time (Virginia, QLD)

About the role

The Banking Consultant will work in ANZ’s Virginia branch delivering a seamless banking experience to customers. This part‑time position focuses on understanding each client’s financial goals, providing advice, and promoting ANZ’s digital solutions while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial products.
• Process transactions accurately and comply with all ANZ and branch policies.
• Support bank initiatives and programs that drive customer advocacy.
• Maintain a strong “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Collaborate with team members, acting as a peer coach and role model.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus with retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable using digital channels and technology to assist customers.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work in a collaborative environment.
• Sound understanding of compliance and risk management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and standard office software.
