Banking Consultant – Part-time

About the role

As a Banking Consultant at ANZ in Geelong, you will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers, helping them meet their financial goals through personalised conversations and digital solutions. The role is primarily branch‑based and focuses on high‑quality service that turns customers into strong advocates for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
• Provide end‑to‑end financial advice, including digital education and product recommendations.
• Actively participate in bank programs and initiatives.
• Take responsibility for “know your customer” from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus; retail experience is an advantage.
• Experience using and promoting digital channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Sound knowledge of banking products appropriate to accreditation level.
