Banking Consultant – Morayfield

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ's Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, meeting each customer’s end‑to‑end financial needs and guiding them on digital solutions. You will work primarily in the Morayfield branch, acting as a role model and peer coach to ensure high‑quality service and strong customer advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a seamless branch experience through transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
• Collaborate with the team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
• Participate actively in bank programs and initiatives.
• Take responsibility for ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus; retail experience is an advantage.
• Experience using and promoting technology, with familiarity of digital channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
