Banking Consultant – Geelong

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ Retail Banking, you will help provide customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting their end‑to‑end financial needs and goals across transactions, conversations and digital solutions. You will work primarily in branch locations, delivering high‑standard service that turns customers into strong advocates for ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
• Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
• Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus – retail experience is an advantage.
• Experience using and promoting technology, with working knowledge of digital channels.
• Ability to multi‑task and adapt quickly to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
