Banking Consultant – Customer Service & Digital Solutions

About the role

As a Banking Consultant at ANZ, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, helping customers meet their full range of financial needs. You will combine transaction processing with needs‑based conversations and guide clients toward digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions and advisory conversations.
• Educate customers on digital channels and promote the use of ANZ’s online tools.
• Act as a peer coach and role model within a collaborative branch team.
• Drive customer engagement, advocacy, and value creation.
• Support bank programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate.
• Good understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
