Banking Consultant – Customer Experience (Part‑time)

About the role

This permanent part‑time position is based in an ANZ branch, where you will help customers meet their end‑to‑end banking needs, from everyday transactions to digital solutions, while delivering a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a seamless branch experience, handling transactions and advising on digital solutions.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to deliver excellent service.
• Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy while supporting bank programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of compliance requirements.
