Banking Consultant, Casuarina

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Banking Consultant (Retail Banking) for its branch at 247 Trower Road, Casuarina, Northern Territory. The role is casual, 24 months long, and focuses on delivering a seamless branch experience by meeting customers' end-to-end financial needs, from transaction activities to needs-based conversations and education on digital solutions. It is mainly branch-based and involves acting as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless branch experience by meeting customers' full banking needs and educating them on digital solutions
• Complete customer transactions and hold needs-based conversations according to your accreditation level
• Support a higher level of customer engagement and advocacy
• Take responsibility for knowing your customer from a risk perspective
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures
• Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives

Required profile

• Ideal candidates have retail experience and a sound understanding of compliance
• Exceptional customer focus; working knowledge of digital channels is an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You do not need all of these attributes; a growth mindset is valued
