Banking Consultant – Caloundra

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Banking Consultant to join its Caloundra branch. In this customer‑focused role you will help clients meet their end‑to‑end financial needs, from everyday transactions to digital banking education. You will work as part of a collaborative team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver an exceptional branch experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless branch service by handling transactions, conducting needs‑based conversations and promoting digital solutions.
• Act as a peer coach and role model, supporting teammates to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Drive customer engagement and advocacy through personalized service.
• Participate in bank programs and initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s risk profile and ensure compliance with ANZ policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with retail banking experience preferred.
• Comfortable using and promoting technology, especially digital banking channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change.
• Commitment to delivering ANZ’s Customer Promises.
