About the role

Coles is looking for a Trade Qualified Baker for its bakery team in Wynnum West, Brisbane. The bakery department is described as exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging, and the role suits someone experienced in fast-paced bakery environments.

Required profile

  • Formal baking qualification: a trade certification or diploma in baking.
  • Extensive baking experience, particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
  • Customer-focused approach and pride in quality and consistency.
  • Ability to mentor and support other team members.
