Back of House Kitchen Team Member

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Back of House Kitchen Team Members to join our café network. In this role you will prepare ingredients and produce menu items to a consistently high standard while maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes.
• Cook and assemble menu items ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks and basic stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering great food to guests.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude to identify and complete tasks.
• Flexibility to work any shift between 5 am and 9 pm, Monday to Sunday.
• Previous experience in a similar kitchen role is preferred but not mandatory.
