Back of House Assistant (Full-Time)

About the role

Join JD Sports as a Full‑Time Back of House Assistant in Wetherill Park. You will support the store’s operations by handling deliveries, organising stock, and ensuring the shop floor is well‑supplied for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Back of House Manager/Supervisor with receiving, unpacking, processing and storing merchandise.
• Maintain order, tidiness and safety in the stockroom, preventing damage and stock loss.
• Support the sales team by locating requested footwear styles/sizes and delivering them promptly to the shop floor.
• Ensure products are correctly priced, tagged and displayed.
• Replenish stock on the shop floor, making sure all size ranges are available.
• Work under the guidance of the Store Manager and Back of House team to meet KPIs and targets.

Required profile

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality or a similar industry.
• Experience in a back‑of‑house or warehouse environment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong operational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
