B2B Customer Specialist

About the role

Join Probe CX as a B2B Customer Specialist supporting a premier nationwide automotive trade network. You will work with an established portfolio of mechanical workshops and trade businesses, helping them order parts, promote premium tools, and resolve any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business customers end‑to‑end for a well‑known automotive brand.
• Promote and sell the brand’s products, take orders and visit customers when required.
• Handle complaints and ensure the best possible outcome for customers.
• Multi‑task to deliver exceptional sales and service results.
• Use spreadsheets and CRM systems to maintain accurate customer data and pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for cars, motorsport, or mechanical trade gear with the ability to build rapport with mechanics and workshop owners.
• High‑energy, confident communicator who prefers long‑term relationship building over transactional calls.
• Goal‑oriented mindset focused on achieving targets and KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry.
• Experience using CRM systems to capture clean, accurate customer details.
• Comfort navigating multiple computer screens, tabs, and modern POS or booking systems.
• Strong typing skills and attention to data accuracy.
