Aussie Store Mortgage Broker

About the role

Aussie, a home-loan brand with 30+ years of experience, is recruiting in-store mortgage brokers for its franchise stores. As a Store Broker you work alongside your franchisee, guiding customers through the home loan journey and earning referral income from related services such as buyer's agents and conveyancing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Contribute to local area marketing initiatives in your community
• Guide customers through the home loan process, from search to settlement and beyond
• Earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain one before starting (support provided)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of the retail store
• Passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership goals
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
