Associate Territory Manager - Neurosurgical

About the role

This field‑based position offers a rare opportunity to break into capital medical device sales within a high‑performing team. It is ideal for junior sales professionals or healthcare practitioners transitioning into the medical device industry.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Neurosurgical portfolio.
• Support new business development and manage existing customer relationships.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and clinical staff.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical support while troubleshooting product usage.
• Travel across Sydney with occasional short trips to regional NSW (every 3‑4 weeks).

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years demonstrated sales experience with strong interest in medical device sales.
• Strong commercial acumen, ability to achieve sales targets and build relationships with stakeholders.
• High motivation, resilience, accountability and a customer‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Understanding of anatomy, surgery and healthcare environments (preferred).
