Associate Systems Engineer - Microsoft Cloud

About the role

Data#3 is looking for an Associate Systems Engineer to join its Managed Services team in Melbourne, supporting customer Microsoft Cloud environments across Microsoft 365 and Azure. The role suits someone with about 2 years' experience in an IT outsourcing environment who enjoys troubleshooting, solving customer challenges and growing their technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support and proactively analyse customer Microsoft Cloud environments
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, capacity, event and security monitoring
• Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to problem resolution
• Take ownership of customer requests and incidents through to completion
• Collaborate with technical teams, presales and sales
• Mentor and support lower-level support teams
• Continue developing skills across Microsoft Cloud technologies

Required profile

• Around 2 years' experience in an IT outsourcing environment
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies and exposure to M365 and Azure
• Australian citizenship (required due to client security and contractual obligations)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Certificate; applicants must consent to a police check and provide reference checks and right-to-work verification
