Associate Strategy Consultant

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is looking for an Associate Strategy Consultant to join its Consulting team in Melbourne or Canberra. You will support technology strategy and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) engagements, working with a diverse portfolio of customers across regulated industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation of consulting proposals, tenders and presentations.
• Conduct research, analysis and stakeholder engagement to identify business needs and develop insights.
• Assist in developing customer strategies, roadmaps, governance frameworks and practical recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops to gather business, technology, process and data requirements.
• Contribute to commercial, procurement and go‑to‑market activities, including vendor evaluation.
• Support organisational change, stakeholder education and implementation of new ways of working.
• Assist with delivery of GRC engagements such as gap assessments, documentation, governance activities and remediation planning.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to produce risk‑based recommendations and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Approximately two years of experience in consulting, advisory or a relevant technology environment.
• Exposure to strategy consulting, technology transformation or GRC activities.
• Australian citizenship with eligibility for AGSVA security clearance; Baseline or NV1 clearance is highly regarded.
• Interest in defence, government and other regulated industry environments.

• Understanding of governance, risk and compliance principles and frameworks.
