Associate Recruitment Consultant - Technology

About the role

Robert Half is hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultant in Sydney, reporting to the Division Director and joining an established, high-performing team of tenured consultants. The consultant develops their own business and builds a portfolio of clients, treating their desk as their own business within the wider Robert Half business. The role focuses on the Technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Receive industry-leading training in all aspects of professional consulting and be coached and mentored in building new business relationships.
• Use recruitment tools, including AI technology, to build a high-calibre talent pool.
• Source candidates through internal databases, referrals, advertising, networking and direct recruiting.
• Hold in-person or virtual candidate meetings to evaluate profiles and job preferences for Technology vacancies.
• Generate your own business and develop your own client portfolio.
• Provide customer service and solutions to both candidates and clients, and negotiate contract terms and references.
• Develop your own personal brand in Sydney's Technology market.
