Associate Recruitment Consultant

About the role

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant you will support the director and senior account managers while working with an established client base in the construction and mining sectors. You will quickly build your reputation in a collaborative, high‑performing environment and contribute to the company’s growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with key clients to understand and fulfil on‑site talent needs.
• Proactively network and source high‑quality candidates.
• Execute attraction strategies for priority roles.
• Conduct video interviews and present decision‑ready candidates.
• Generate contract starters and manage records in Bullhorn CRM.
• Oversee contract portfolios, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Assist business development managers with lead generation and market insights.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building abilities with experience in phone‑based or customer‑facing roles.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, recruitment or sales.
• Friendly, energetic personality confident both in person and over the phone.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and a creative, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Curious nature with a desire to understand the industries you recruit for.
