Associate Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level)

About the role

Join Marble’s fast‑growing recruitment team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. You will work side‑by‑side with experienced consultants, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing and placing talent for construction and mining projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Support key clients with hiring needs for active sites and projects.
• Source and engage quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to placement.
• Conduct interviews and present candidates clearly and concisely.
• Assist with contract generation and ongoing contractor management.
• Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn CRM and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to lead generation and develop market knowledge.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, drive and a desire to build a long‑term career.
• Experience in a customer‑facing or phone‑based role (sales, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people.
• Resilience and motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and follow‑through.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Curiosity about the construction and mining sectors.
