Associate Dispenser (Part Time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Associate Dispenser to join our Laubman and Pank store in Armadale. You will help customers receive premium eye‑care services and support our community’s vision health.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, personalised service to every customer who walks through the door.
• Assist with frame selection and fitting using our world‑class technology.
• Promote eye‑health standards and educate customers about our products.
• Maintain a welcoming retail environment and support store operations.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in the optical sector.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for customers.
• Passion for helping people and improving community eye health.
