Associate Director – Corporate Occupier

About the role

The Associate Director will lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end‑to‑end service delivery on large or complex projects and act as the primary client interface to ensure objectives, timelines, costs and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large stakeholder groups focused on business outcomes.
• Oversee project review, reporting, financial management, change control and quality reporting.
• Prepare and negotiate AFL agreements.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve client problems, including interviews, workshops and document reviews.
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and internal stakeholders.
• Support business development through proposal development and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
• Strong corporate office capability with existing relationships in the corporate occupier sector.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management experience, including delivery of schemes over 50,000 sqft.
• Experience working with leading consultancies and knowledge of the Sydney occupier market.
