Associate Designer - APAC

About the role

The Associate Designer – APAC will support brand development across point‑of‑sale, shelf, and packaging assets for a leading spirits portfolio. Working under the Art Director and Marketing Managers, you will create and refine visual communications that align with established brand positioning while gaining experience in multi‑project environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling graphic and communication materials for brand promotions and POS assets.
• Develop support materials for market‑specific brand campaigns within brand standards.
• Edit and manipulate existing creative work according to brand team specifications.
• Provide artwork and logos for promotional materials, premiums, and tasting kits.
• Assist in building iconic and ownable brand assets and toolkits.
• Lead in‑house label revisions and updates across the product portfolio.
• Maintain graphic standards and creative assets company‑wide.
• Manage external designers when project capacity requires outsourcing.
• Use the PDS system to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Well‑rounded portfolio demonstrating design capability.
• Minimum three years of experience in a design agency or similar role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
