Associate Adviser

About the role

The Associate Adviser provides administrative and client‑service support to financial advisers, handling queries, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance within an offshore team supporting Freedom Finance Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client queries via phone and email, focusing on non‑advice related matters.
• Provide full administrative support to designated financial advisers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation for new and existing clients, meeting deadlines.
• Draft client communications, reports, statements and prepare insurance quotes.
• Analyse data from the research team for product recommendations.
• Upload necessary documents to platforms, manage CRM workflow, and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Support training sessions, manage risk and compliance audits, and implement preventive process measures.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Finance or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, audit or BPO.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• High proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Experience with Zoho or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to use relevant CRM platforms to manage end‑to‑end workflow.
