Assistant Store Manager - Repco Young

About the role

Repco, an Australian automotive aftermarket parts brand owned by GPC Asia Pacific, is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Young. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage daily store operations, while supporting and developing your team so that customers receive outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations
• Coach and develop team members
• Role model genuine service and create positive customer experiences
• Act as a safety leader, keeping the work environment safe for yourself, colleagues and customers
• Set a positive example and often handle opening and closing duties

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience, or readiness for the next step
• Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations
• Ideally mechanical or automotive parts knowledge
• Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence
• Physical capacity to lift, bend, climb and drive safely, including handling heavy products
• Prioritises safety; applicants without industry experience are welcome
