Assistant Store Manager – Pacific Fair

About the role

Bailey Nelson is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the Pacific Fair store. You will help deliver a seamless customer journey, lead the team on designated days, and uphold the brand’s commitment to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.
• Take ownership of the store two days a week, leading the team and driving performance.
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable.
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service every time.

Required profile

• Aligns with Bailey Nelson’s values of being tight‑knit, down‑to‑earth and constantly improving.
• Experience in retail or optics at a supervisor or management level.
• Confident leader who enjoys developing others.
• Passionate about creating great customer experiences.
• Available to work full‑time on a Sunday‑to‑Thursday roster.
