Assistant Store Manager

About the role

FENDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at its Chadstone boutique. This role works closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver the luxury experience expected by FENDI’s clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high‑performance sales team.
• Oversee daily store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Drive business development initiatives and achieve sales targets.
• Manage people processes such as coaching, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Handle administrative duties, reporting, and communication with head office.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury or high‑end fashion.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a strong track record of meeting sales goals.
• Adaptable, proactive learner eager for continuous professional development.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage.
