Assistant Store Manager - Inglewood

About the role

ALDI is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Inglewood store. You will join the store's leadership team and support the Store Manager in running a multi-million-dollar business, covering daily operations, sales and team motivation. The position is full-time, at 45 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach team members and help develop future store leaders.
• Keep the store clean and safe, and manage stock and inventory while minimising losses.
• Work with the team on registers, filling shelves and merchandising special buys.
• Identify improvements and help keep the store running smoothly.
• Run the store while the Store Manager is on leave.

Required profile

• Experience leading teams, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Ability to support the Store Manager and to work independently, overseeing ALDI policies and procedures.

• Remuneration of $109,182.53-$115,577.28 per year, including superannuation and predicted bonuses, varying with hours, location and experience.
