Assistant Store Manager – 12‑month Fixed Term

About the role

Join the Levi's Adelaide Outlet as an Assistant Store Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help shape store culture, inspire the team, and drive sales while delivering world‑class customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and adapt business strategies across all product categories.
• Track store performance daily to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Support training and development of new and existing team members.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Lead and delegate tasks to ensure all store duties are completed efficiently.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Extensive progressive retail management experience with strong judgement and diplomacy.
• Creative flair for fashion and passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Motivated by sales targets and creating an energetic team environment.
• Confident in coaching, training, and developing staff to maximise store performance.
