Assistant Restaurant Manager – Drive Thru

About the role

Join Zambrero’s Devonport Drive‑Thru as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and help deliver fresh, healthy Mexican food while supporting the Plate 4 Plate initiative that donates a meal for every purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Assist with team management tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews and resolving employee issues.
• Handle ordering of stock, cash handling, banking, payroll and other administrative duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across production areas, dining room and the overall restaurant.

Required profile

• Previous assistant restaurant management experience in a quick‑service environment is highly recommended.
• Passion for Zambrero’s humanitarian values and a desire to contribute to fighting world hunger.
• Commitment to building a positive, customer‑focused culture within the restaurant.
