Assistant Relationship Manager – Business Banking

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager will join the Business Banking team to support Relationship Managers in delivering high‑quality banking services to Small Business, Commercial and Agribusiness clients. This permanent, full‑time position offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of business customers and the chance to develop commercial and credit expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to customers, responding to enquiries and supporting their banking needs throughout their business journey.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to manage and grow a portfolio of business customers, identifying opportunities for deeper relationships and tailored solutions.
• Analyse financial statements, cash‑flow forecasts and business performance data to assist lending and portfolio decisions.
• Coordinate customer and portfolio administration, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences and contribute to a high‑performing team culture.
