Assistant Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Brisbane boutiques on Edward Street and James Street. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help ensure the day‑to‑day operations run smoothly while delivering the high‑level service our luxury clientele expect.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and maintain personalised service standards.
- Inspire, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clientele.
Required profile
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably menswear.
- Demonstrated leadership and team‑development abilities.
- Strong passion for delivering premium service.
