Assistant Manager – Emerging Corporate Banking

About the role

Team up with a supportive Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of Emerging Corporate customers. You will help drive growth through acquisition, increase share of wallet and referrals while leveraging new systems and technologies to anticipate client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a well‑managed portfolio in compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Control workflows across compliance and customer fulfilment processes.
• Act in the best interest of customers using a customer‑centric approach.
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customers’ business and financial needs.
• Provide appropriate solutions for account maintenance and simple requests.
• Support the management of diversified‑industry customers.
• Collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customer needs.
• Engage diversified teams when required.

Required profile

• Prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending.
• Strong data analysis capability to collect, profile and translate data into insights.
• Experience in customer solutioning and credit analysis.
