About the role

Join Woolworths Group as an Assistant Fresh Manager and take your first step into retail leadership. You will support the Fresh department in delivering a consistently great shopping experience while developing the skills needed for a long‑term career in retail.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the Fresh department, ensuring product availability and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with store teams to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Support the department team by handling stock replenishment, merchandising, and customer service issues.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Participate in store‑wide initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile
