About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide playful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children.
• Design and maintain engaging, curiosity‑sparking environments.
• Build positive, confident relationships with families and the wider community.
• Contribute a positive, team‑first attitude to every classroom.
• Support children’s love of learning through daily interactions and guidance.

Required profile

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional presence with a genuine passion for early learning.
• Two professional references, one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
