Assistant Educator – Early Childhood

About the role

Eden Academy Edmonton is seeking an Assistant Educator to join our nurturing early‑learning environment. You will support the development of children aged 0‑5 by creating safe, engaging, and curiosity‑driven experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Warm, professional presence and genuine passion for early learning.
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community.
• Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
