Assistant Educator – Early Childhood (Clyde)

About the role
Eden Academy Clyde is seeking a passionate Assistant Educator to join its early childhood team. You will work five days a week in a safe, nurturing environment that encourages playful learning and strong connections with children and families.
Key responsibilities
- Support children’s learning through engaging, play‑based activities.
- Create and maintain inviting, curiosity‑sparking learning spaces.
- Communicate confidently with families and build lasting relationships.
- Contribute a positive, team‑first attitude in every classroom.
- Assist in guiding children to develop a lifelong love of learning.
Required profile
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Warm, professional presence with genuine passion for early learning.
- Two professional references, one from a childcare or education supervisor.
