About the role

As a Study Advisor at LAT Group Australia, you will guide individuals interested in studying in Australia, helping them select suitable courses, institutions, and migration pathways. This is a full‑time, onsite position based in Perth, WA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct informational meetings with prospective students.
• Review academic and migration documentation.
• Collaborate with the legal team to prepare applications and related forms.
• Track and follow up on case files.
• Coordinate communications with Australian educational institutions.
• Support clients in interactions with official bodies when required.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication in Spanish and a high level of English.
• Previous experience in educational guidance, academic advising, customer service, or similar roles handling sensitive information.
• Basic knowledge of Australian immigration and study processes, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude and ability to work in a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Effective use of email communication tools.
• Familiarity with video‑conferencing platforms.
