About the role
Join Populous in Brisbane to help deliver a landmark entertainment precinct. As an Architectural 2IC you will support project leadership, coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with the overall architectural vision.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate planning, façade & roof, structural & MEP, and overlay packages across the project.
- Identify and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts, gaps and dependencies early.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings, design reviews and workshops.
- Maintain visibility of risks, issues and dependencies, escalating when needed.
- Provide architectural input into project planning, sequencing and delivery strategies.
Required profile
- Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of professional experience in complex architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of NCC and Australian standards.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interfaces.
Required skills
- BIM and Revit proficiency.
- Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper (desirable).
- Knowledge of architectural, planning, structural and MEP integration.
