Architect - Multi-Residential Projects (Social Focus)

About the role

A small, collaborative, award-winning architectural studio focused on social good and projects that make a difference is looking for an architect with strong all-round project skills and particularly good documentation skills from DA stage. The role starts with multi-residential projects, with scope to move onto community, sports and public infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the design team and directors
• Run your own project from DA stage
• Design and documentation in ArchiCAD and Rhino
• Coordinate with external consultants

Required profile

• Proven experience in varied projects at a high-quality design studio
• Strong knowledge of documentation across stages
• Excellent understanding of BCA and relevant construction-based Australian Standards and Building Codes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Proficient ArchiCAD skills, ideally (not essential)
• Good command of graphic presentation software and a good design eye
