Appointment Setter (Part-Time)

About the role

A business brokering and commercial property sales company is looking for Appointment Setters in Wentworthville to support its sales team by contacting prospective clients by phone and email so that sales professionals can meet their monthly meeting targets. The position is part-time, 4 hours a day, minimum 4 days a week, with a hybrid arrangement: two days of training at the Lidcombe office followed by working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Call potential business owners and commercial property owners and book free valuation appointments for the brokers.
• Ask basic questions about the business exit strategy of business customers.
• Schedule consultations between prospects and a business broker.
• Keep a detailed log of calls, including unanswered ones, and follow up on prospects that could not be reached.
• Work directly with customers to set appointments for the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Access to a computer and phone for lead generation.
• Ability to work alone; persuasive, results-oriented and courteous.

Required skills

• Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail and outstanding listening skills.
• Computer usage and entering appointments into a calendar.
• Nice to have: online content writing, additional languages, Google Ads experience, strong analytical skills.

What we offer

• Pay of $25 per hour plus a weekly bonus of $1,000-$1,500 OTE, with a target of 3 appointments per day.
• Bonus of $100-$250 per sign-up and $1,500 per business sold.
• Training of 12 days per year, including 6 of your choice.
